After the order is placed, we guarantee normal delivery, but due to the epidemic, the arrival of the product may be delayed, please understand.

Refund

The warehouse will send you a return notification letter after confirming that your returned product is correct, and the refund will be remitted within 15 days.

Credit card/third-party payment : We will process and submit it to the bank within one working day. The refund arrival date of each card-issuing bank is different. Please pay attention to the last two bills, the specific refund time and related information, please contact Ask your card-issuing bank.

Cash payment (cash on delivery/supermarket pick-up) : After confirming that the returned product is correct, the refund will be remitted within 15 days from the next day according to the account information you applied for.
